It’s an older chair so this will probably be dismissed but the cushion for the seat not the arm rests needs to include more cushion or be more durable. It’s a gaming chair it shouldn’t sink in and stay sunken in after 3 uses.. I wish I was fat so that could be an excuse. Lol

This is marketed as a "gaming" chair so maybe you're supposed to be leaning forward while sitting in it as it doesn't quite have enough lumbar support to be used as a desk chair. Overall it's fairly well supported every where else.
