I was a great chair and really liked it however had one flaw where just could not get comfortable. While a "gaming chair" typically isn't used at a desk but back with a game controller however it is not exclusive and is also used at a desk. The seat arms while nice (and unique) that fold up to become an 'armless' chair when in the normal position they are fixed. Had these been adjustable would have kept chair. Granted most chairs have non-adjustable arms the ones on this chair were 10" from seat where the one being replaced was 8.5" and that made a huge difference when at a desk. When arms were at correct level with desk the chair was lowrider seating. When correctly seatted the arms were too high scrunching the shoulders. Loved everything else about the chair. Very comfortable with tight feel .

The chair arrived on time as promised.When I assembled it the gas piston lifting device wouldn’t work properly. Product support was very courteous and nice and promised to send out a replacement gas lift. Itesupposed to arrive in 3 more days. I’ll let you know how that goes
