After replacing the most uncomfortable chair in the world w/ the Vortex gaming chair - it's like hitting the lottery-! No more back aches or cramped legs. I laugh as it is a gaming chair but it's for the office. The salesperson pointed out gamers spend hours in the chair. He's right the chair is perfect!!

The arms of this chair are set at different heights. It is not a chair that they can be adjusted. We have looked at it and everything was put together correctly and cant be corrected. We did not pick it up from the store as the Olean store was out of stock. I was desperately needing a chair so I did not try to return it. Very disappointed and I will not recommend.

This chair is super comfortable to sit in for extended periods of time. I use it to work remote and spend as much as 4 hours without getting up. In addition it was super easy to assemble. All around I would say this was a great investment and would suggest it to anyone sitting for extended periods of time.

Doesn't hold up

We bought this chair a few months ago. After a month of use it started to fall apart. I'm only 5'2" and 115 lbs. It squeaks every time I move. We've used WD-40 but it only helps for a day. The seat has become extremely wobbly and has started leaning to the side. Simple doesn't hold up to normal use. Find a new chair.
