You won't mistake it for a Recaro but it works as a chair and assembly was pretty straightforward. There are some areas of the stitching I'm not 100% sold on and some of the cushioning looks flatter (in the seat part) than the surroundings but it's still comfortable. Under your tailbone is plush but underneath your thighs the padding is thinner. It works and is comfortable but the leather just looks saggy there.

I've only had the chair for a week and so far I love it! I work from home and I'm over 50 so I enjoy comfort. Its as comfortable as my wife's office chair that was 3 times more expensive. I would have given it 5 stars but I gave 4 because I don't know how the long term use will affect the leather (wear ect.)

Chair was available in store clerk said I could get it delivered for free if I went to website instead. This was not true there was a handling fee. Then the website promised me $15 off my first purchase if I created an account it did not. Staples - not a very honest place.
