I like the chair but these problems cause me to give it 3 stars not 4. Most important the chair lets me slide back in it so that I am sitting upright However the instructions need a) correction and b) suggestion both of which I've reported. a) The instructions say to turn the tilt spring adjustment clockwise to make it easier. WRONG and in unreadable black plastic on the black plastic knob it says the correct way i.e. counter-clockwise. b) Leave the attachment screws for one arm loose. This makes it VERY MUCH easier to install the seat back. Then tighten the arm screws.
