The first two weeks the chair performed as expected. I noticed later that it began to make noises as if the attached parts are becoming loose. Many weeks later more noises and louder now. Maybe the screws are loose and may have to be tightened. The other thing is that the backrest of the chair does not recline. So one can not change the position of the backrest. The seat and the backrest are permanently attached in one position and tilts together. Other than that this is a good comfortable chair

great value could do with better fitting screws

This is the second chair of this design i have purchased the previous one was a floor sample that did not last very long ( the piston gave up very quickly so working at ground level only) got this new one thanls to the purchase protection purchased. fairly easy assembly looks like the screws holding the back of the chair are not long enough for a tight fit. one fell off already after 2 days of use.
