I had been admiring this chair since December while visiting a Staples store. Needed a replacement for a desk chair in excellent condition but the bonded leather on the headrest began peeling. (not sure why this happens you would think the seating would wear out first). Got the new chair home assembled and setup quickly. First while the chair is comfortable be advised the seat is kind of firm which might be a bit much for some people. The flip up armrests are a great feature since you can push the chair fully under a desk without any damage. And yes the back tilts and the seat is height adjustable. In summary if you can find this item on sale it is a great addition to your office.

Chair has a glitch. When you attach the seat to the roller base the connection is not good. In order to keep the seat from separating from the base you have to jam it in and lock the up/down lift arm. If you recline the chair at all the seat pops out of the base and you fall to the floor. We purchased this chair once before and when the chair broke we didn't know this was the case. I put the chair together this time and that's how I discovered the glitch in this product.

Looking for a chair that gives you the comfort reliability and easy to assemble look no further. The price is excellent and the chair took all of 30 minutes to put together and enjoy immediately for gaming and school desk (everyone is remote learning now ☺️).
