Comfortable and looks cool. Arms were a little taxing to install though got it no prob. The arms aren't as comfortable as chair but may take getting used to and dont use the arm rests that much but chair is good overall and was very less expensive than other office chairs. So that was big plus!

I bought this for my fiance who is a gamer. His last office chair was causing him shoulder pain. He loves this chair! His shoulders and back aren't hurting after playing games in it for awhile. He feels like his back is supported and the arm rests are a good height.

I like this chair overall. I love the moveable armrests and the width of the seat cushion. My only complaint is that there is not a lot of cushion in the seat. It's not a comfortable sit after a hour or so.

Questionable if the leather around the screw hole was “torn” more than anticipated or just made that way.... The back of chair where staples are around edgies the covering is not attached very well so you see the staples and it makes the chair seem cheap.
