This is a nice chair. It is comfortable and I like the flip up arms and the lumbar support. The problem I have with the chair is the tilt control. The chair looks like it has tilt adjustment including the big knob on the bottom of the chair but it doesn't. It does tilt a little with effort or can be locked upright.
