Very poor the hydraulic system which holds up the seat doesn't hold up and the seat drops. Also the left arm rest is broken and wobbles. I do not recommend this chair to anyone. On another note I purchased two other chairs (In red) awhile ago from staples and I'm having the same problems with the hydraulic system for the seat. Not happy at all.

Nice comfortable chair with fold up arms that come in handy My only issue with the chair is It could use some lumbar support and a neck support pillow I will have to go find those but overall It's a really nice chair Oh and very stylish.
