Great customer service helped get me this comfy gaming chair in blue and black for my daughter. All they had in store was red or white but the gentleman in the store ordered a blue one for her and had it shipped to our home. The store manager even followed up to make sure we were helped. We love our local Sierra Vista Staples.

Still give the chair 5 stars even though a 'cosmetic' piece was broken on it. Call their customer support and a new one is on the way. Got this on the recommendation of a friend who's had his for over 5 years and it looks as new as mine. Can't beat that.

I've had this chair for roughly 4 months very comfortable BUT the piston has already failed. Chair will just fall within minutes of adjusting the height.

Chair is comfortable. Only thing I would have preferred is height adjustable arms. The arms have a tendency to scrape under my desk. Other than that it is a good chair and I am satisfied with it.

I got my boyfriend one of these in red for Christmas. Then he got me one six months later because my old chair just wasn’t even in the same category. I initially bought it because I loved how the arms go up and down which is very convenient for our recording studio. The overall comfort of this chair has been a blessing! Not only are they sparing the backs of our guitars from bumps and scratches it saves me a ton of lower back pain throughout the day too.
