Everyone was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The only problem I had was convincing one staff member that the chair I wanted was on sale. There was a confusion between the one advertised and the one sitting on the second floor. Eventually it was straightened out with the help of staff members on the basement level. The chair is now sitting in my living room and everyone loves it but I'm stymied as to what to do with my cats who would like nothing more than to tear the new chair to shreds.

I ordered the chair and got it the next day. Wow! Only minimal difficulty putting it together - it's almost a 2 person job. I love the high back and that the arms come up. It's pretty comfortable. Every once in a while it doesn't feel exactly right but I just shift and it's ok. I had tried the same chair with the cloth pieces which I preferred and thought I was ordering it - my mistake. I haven't been able to relax the tilt back to my liking and the 'legs' aren't as long as they could be - I like to use them as foot rests and the chair fell over with me the other day when I leaned to get something. That was not good. However overall it's working fine and does the job I require. We'll learn to work with each other over time.

The chair is very comfortable. The last chair I had dropped down while I was just sitting in it. the chair is strong in the fact when I sit in it it does not drop down. I was not moving around in the other chair I had. thank you guys for a Good Quality Chair.

I've only had this chair for a few days but so far I like it. I found it a little difficult to put together but I had limited space to work in which made it a little harder to do. It went together easily enough and the directions were clear but putting it together by myself was awkward as some of the pieces were fairly heavy. The chair is comfortable but I am having some difficulty with the casters not rolling smoothly and that's the reason for only four stars. I think there might be a problem with one of the casters and I need to take a closer look at them. All-in-all I looked at and sat in approximately 20-25 different chairs before choosing this chair and I am satisfied with it.
