The chair is used for my work at home. It's very comfortable! The arm can be raised when needed so that's a plus for me. The color matches the desk I bought too!

I bought this chair because my brother and father both have one and spoke very highly of it. While it is comfortable for long periods of time I am disappointed in the overall quality. There is a portion of the chair that is not sewn/bonded properly leaving about a 2 in very noticeable crease in the chair. There are also staples exposed in the back and the cover for the armrest was shifted over so that it doesn't align properly with the padding. I've owned other Staples brand chairs in the past and never had quality issues with them. Despite the flaws it had nice lower and upper back support and the folding armrests do come in handy.

This is the second one I have purchased. The first one lasted 2+ years with 10 hour days. The seat padding (foam) in all chairs slowly deteriorates but this chair outlasted my last 3 expensive high quality chairs by a long shot. This chair is often on sale so wait until then.
