I liked to overall look and comfort of the chair however the base/coasters were a bit taller than my pervious chairs base which made it sit higher than I liked (even when in the fully down position). So I switched out the base with my original chair's base/coasters making it the perfect fit for me and my desk (I am 6'3").

So far so good. Although I wish I had paid closer attention to the reviews and might have upgraded to a model that is not reported as having problems with the seat cushion going flat after a short period of use. When we order one for the office will order a better model

It's a nice chair but I have back issues and it does not come with enough lumbar support for my lower back but it is comfortable.
