stitches in seat of chair were not right looked like someone had slit it with knife but not all the way thru. Probably after setting in it few times it will pull thru. Hope not .Too much hassle to take it back to store.

I got the red one a few months ago and love it super comfortable and holding up well! Decided to get a 2nd one so I chose the grey one this time. Super disappointed felt like I was leaning forward and was super hard to lean back even at the “easiest setting” and was just uncomfortable. I returned this one and swapped it for the blue one. This one is a little better but even it is different than the other two. The grey and blue are both much stiffer then the red. I’ll keep the blue one as I don’t wanna deal with assembling another and hope it gets better. Wish if they were going to sell a product it would be the same across the board. Disappointing.

Not very adjustable

At the lowest height the chair seat is several inches taller than any chair I've ever owned before. The foam is very stiff and the back isn't adjustable at all. Looks nice. I wish I had been able to test it prior to purchase I would have passed on it.

the seat back and bottom cushions have scratches and cuts in the material looks like this happened during stitching and should have been rejected for rework instead of sold
