It is sturdy and comfortable. I usually place a heating pad on my back and so the sleek hole near the neck area became a space where the wires from my heating pad and its protective cover can sit at.

My son found this chair in the Staples ad. When we arrived at the store the employee said the last one available had yet to be unloaded from the truck. He immediately went to work to get the chair off the truck answered all of our questions gave us a ton of great information about the warranty and even loaded it into the back seat of my car. The chair was easy to put together (we chose to put it together as opposed to having Staples do it) and the quality has surpassed our expectations so far.
