I’m not sure who the guy was for my delivery but I wanted to brag about him. He went out of his way to call me and talk to a neighbor to find my house. I usually have drivers deliver to the wrong house and I am left searching for my item. I appreciate this guy very much and hope someone finds him and tells him how much he is appreciated and that he went above and beyond what was expected. ☺️

I’ve had this chair almost 9 months and I need to replace it. The seat is hard the back has no support whatsoever. The bolts in the arms keep coming loose and have to be retightened on a regular bases. For the kiddos it’s a decent chair. I work from home and this chair is not made for long hours. I’ve had to put padding in it and have a pillow behind my back to make it a bit more tolerable to sit in. The one thing I love is how big the seat is. Just wish there was more padding in the seat and added lumbar support.

I've been needing a more comfortable office chair and this does just the job. It's very comfortable and sturdy. The recline feature is good but it doesn't allow you to lock into a recline position. If it did I'd give it 5 stars.

This chair is much better for my back than the last one I bought there ! I’m cautiously optimistic. I REALLY hope the mechanics last MUCH longer too . It feels better made . Fingers crossed:)
