DOES NOT RECLINE

I bought this chair specifically because it was advertised as able to recline. However it actually doesn't. It has no lever or knob to be able to do so. I checked the customer questions and one person asked how the chair reclines the person said you have to unscrew and adjust but that does not work either. The armrests are attached to a large piece of plastic that is not adjustable. This large piece of plastic literally prevents the chair from adjusting since it has to be screwed into place. Other than this the chair is perfect.
