I have no complaint about the comfort of the chair. None. But it’s very difficult for one person alone to assemble it. I needed to find someone with the strength of a carpenter to insert the casters and even he struggled. Attaching the back of the chair would have been better done by an octopus - holding all the pieces lined up while simultaneously lining up the screw with one hand and using the allen wrench with the other was way more difficult than it had to be. This needs a redesign.

I needed an office chair for working at home to save my back. This chair is comfortable and reasonably priced. This one doesn’t have the lumbar support and you have to adjust your seating to accommodate. Once I decide to upgrade my chair my sons will love the gaming chair
