The seat is very comfortable for long periods of time my onmy gripe is that the seat seems to slope forward a bit too mich for my taste. Otherwise it is a great chair for the price.

The chair is comfortable. There is a tilt option but it’s definitely not the same as the recline function that other chairs have. If you’re looking for that this is the wrong chair. However the padding on the bottom is comfortable and I’m a bigger person. I enjoy that the arms go up to fit under the desk (or when I feel like sitting with my legs crossed. It’s definitely not something that I would recommend to someone who is looking for soft and relaxing. It’s great for desk work keeps the body straight and the overall feel of it when your feet are on the floor feels great.
