My dad is a hardworking man with basically two jobs but rarely gets non-tech related things for himself (even when he really needs them) so I bought him this chair. I surprised him with it and he likes it. He has been using it everyday. It was easy to assemble; I didn’t even need to read the instructions after seeing which screws go where. The screws and alien wrench were neatly packaged which I do appreciate plus the screws are color coded. Since I didn’t really need the instructions to assemble the chair my dad has started saying that “my assembly abilities” are genetic on his side and is proudly bragging to the family about it. Also I called the Euless store before I ordered and spoke with Kyle and he was: easy to talk to spoke knowledgeably and clearly and understood my dad’s needs when I was confused on which chair to buy. Overall would maybe recommend (I don’t know too many people).
