Don't buy throwaway junk

I bought this chair in February of this year. It is now October and the "leather" (it's not real leather) is already peeling off on the armrests and seat. I bought a protection plan but apparently they won't do anything for me because it's just cosmetic damage from wear and tear. Total waste of money.

I have worked from home for years and had THE WORST chair until I got this one! Super comfortable for all day seating easily adjustable height and recliner and I love the adjustable arms! Highly recommend to anyone who is like me and sits at a computer all day.

I really liked what I saw in the store so bought one of these chairs took it home and assembled it only to find that the back was off it tilted to one side. I called the store and the manager replaced it with no questions. They even shipped the second chair to my house I got it out of the box and started assembly only to find that the staples holding the back on were coming out the leather on the bottom seat pan was all wonky and the padding in the back lacking causing the leather to cave and scrunch up. I called the 800 number and they were again happy to replace the product. The third chair arrived I examined the parts prior to assembly and discovered that one of the holes in the leather for the screw to hold the back on was not there. I felt around found the anchor nut and carefully cut the leather around it so as to expose the nut for assembly. Great customer service poor quality control I like that fact that the arms fold up to get the chair under the desk.

I just bought the gaming chair and it is so comfortable. My only concern is that it is bonded leather so there may be issues with it pealing up over time.
