It is a comfy chair but I just got a replacement because the first one about 6 months later the hydraulics part wouldnt work and the chair kept sliding down after raising it. I hope this new one doesnt do the same thing. Thank God for the warranty on it.

Went together pretty easily. Nice level of comfort. Wider than my old chair so I don't feel hemmed in. Nice padding and have sat comfortably in it for hours. I like the higher back than on my old office chair.

The chair is actually quite comfortable. I'm 5'3 and I have the chair as low as it can go but I can sit comfortably at my desk. I wish the arms could be lowered but I suppose that function is on another model. Putting it together was pretty seamless except screwing in the upper chair part. But I got it done. Nice chair especially for the price.

The chair just caught my eye. I wasn't planning to buy a chair that day. However my old chair was shedding skin. So when I saw this chair the store had none left in stock but the manger made me a deal on the floor model and I took the deal. It's comfortable and easy to look at. I really like it!

It was hard to put together you definitely need at least 2 people but 3 people is probably better. But super comfy rolls really nicely and looks good!

First chair - the backing wasn't completely attached. Holes where arms went into back were irregular. Had chair replaced. Second chair and box were beat up. Where the arms went into the chair was worse than the first chair. Leather wasn't "behind" the opening was irregular didn't match the hole and one was definitely torn. I shipped back and requested refund.
