First chair did not make it on scheduled date. Not sure where or what happened to it. Had to re-order and second chair came in and is fine. Review could be lower but I believe that this was a third party issue and not a Staples issue.

Easy to put together with the included instructions. I dont use the tilt feature because I’m thinking I won’t be able to insert lever back in once I pull it out. I paid $114 shipped to my house with taxes and fees. I definitely wouldn’t pay much more for the chair. It’s comfortable but not the original price tag of $250 comfortable.

I've been waiting for about 3 or 4 years to get a gaming chair but the ones I wanted were about 400-500. And as a 42 yr old strength athlete my back can get a bit agitated. When I saw this on sale I bought it immediately. I love the quality style and comfortability. For the price this was an absolute no brainer

It's basically a good chair. It tilts forward a little and the padding isn't fantastic hence the 4 stars. That said it does the job and the ability to raise the arm rests is a big plus.
