Bought this to replace another gaming chair that broke within three months. Always buy the warranty! It's comfortable and seems to be good so far. The box was missing the caps that cover the screws on the seat but that worked out because I am already having to re-tighten them after a week of usage. 5 stars to the staff member who helped us in the store.

I am a little older than "a certain age" and wanted a desk chair with folding arms. I looked online and found a few possibilities. I was not interested in a gaming chair. However I dropped by Staples for something else and salesman showed me this gaming chair. I bought it and love it. It is comfortable and now my 15-year-old gamer grandson is quite jealous of my chair. His birthday is in September. Hmmm.
