This chair is very pretty cozy and comfy. The leather is soft and feels luxurious. I gave 4 stars because the chair was a little challenging to out together. All was good until it was time to install the back side of the chair. The part your back leans on. I was able to finagle it but it was challenging with one person. Perhaps it would have been easier with two people? Perhaps two people would have argued how to put it together? Not sure. But I was able to put the chair together in less than :40 min. The arms only love you and down like out of the way. You are not able to adjust the height of the arms. But it’s a great chair. I’m happy I ordered it. The sales person even loaded it into my car. I’m a single female and I live on the third floor. It was a challenge to get the box upstairs but I managed. I would buy this chair again.

The color is nice and the chair is comfortable however there was a small rip in the leather and the holes were off as well. All in all the chair was easy to put together but because the holes are slightly off the chair is not level which is not good for my posture.
