The seat is comfortable and the back is aligned well enough that I can sit in it for a few hours at a time. BUT the arms of the chair are way too high especially if one wants to use this as an office chair. Even when power-napping I find it necessary to fold the arms up out of the way in order to get comfortable.

If you are looking for a back supportive chair this is not it. Sitting 6 hrs a day as office chair type is not this chair at all. Doesn’t lean back just goes up & down. Wish I would’ve gotten a different one.

The lift element will go out on these in about 3 month. I bought 2 of these chairs and they will no longer stay fully extended. Also the seat cushion will lose it's durability and and become very uncomfortable quickly.
