Very comfortable chair. I work from home and spend most of the day in this chair. No more pain! Had an issue with one of the arm pieces not staying in place. Called customer service and they are sending me a new arm for it they were very helpful and also registered me for the 7 year warranty while on the phone.

It's a good chair. Comfortable and well-padded for the most part. There are some issues with the padding on the armrest and the headrest is tilted a bit. Not too bad but enough to notice the lopsidedness. The main problem I had was the angle difference on the armrests. One side is lower than the other. It always feels like I'm leaning over to one side. I ended up taking apart the arm joint and stuffing some paper to level it out. But at this price I shouldn't have to. Also the right armrest is most filled/padded than the left. I wouldn't recommend this chair.

I just got around to building it last night. It was easy to do (all the instructions are in picture format) and took me less than an hour from unboxing to finishing. I'm sitting in it now and it is very comfortable. I like that the armrests can be completely raised to get out of the way when I push the chair toward the desk.
