The chair was what we expected. This was our second purchase of this chair from Staples. My only complaint was that the item was a gift and there were continued delays in receiving the item. If not for this issue I would have given the experience a higher rating. As you can imagine it didn't go over well with my child who was on Winter Break from school gaming more than usual and anticipating having the chair. Thank you

The chair is comfortable and well padded! Also the arms lift up so that the chair can be pushed under the desk taking up less space in the room! Although I'm not a gamer spending hours on the computer still merits comfort and proper posture!
