Actually my 5-star rating is for the delivery. It was handled professionally and efficiently. But I can say that the chair also deserves it. It's bigger that I expected. The ad pictures didn't show anybody sitting on it. It's suppose to have a tilt lock but somehow it does not work. Unless what they mean is you can lock it not to tilt. Other chairs when it's described as with tilt lock it means you can choose a certain tilt and lock it in place. But overall I like the chair. It's affordable. And it was on sale upon purchase. The black and white is bright and the design is attractive. The foam is not as thick but it's comfy cushion is enough. You can sit long hours ache free. It's wide and the armrests are long and high. It articulates so you can slide this chair tucked under a table. I'm petite and I think this will be more suited for big people. Would I recommend it? Yes! Get it when you see it on sale. It will be more satisfying that way.
