Chair is very comfortable and easy to operate but because the arm height is not adjustable it's impossible for the chair to pull in all the way under desk - so you have to either sit far back from the desk to lean on the comfortable arm rests or you can sit close to the desk but have to then lean forward on the desk itself. (The arms do flip up they do not go back all the way.)
