It was a great experience. I ordered online selected the pick up in one hour option and received an alert that my items were ready before an hour had even passed. Great experience. The only downside was one chair was defective which to my knowledge isn’t entirely staples fault. Either way besides the minor inconvenience of having to partially disassemble it and bring it back. The experience was good. Exchanged without a hitch. The chair itself is perfect for the price.
