I loved this chair until the wheel broke off. I have been too busy to return it (I have a warrantee) So it sits with a board under the missing wheel side. Other than that it is super comfortable. If it was not for the wheel issue this would be 5 stars. And no the weight limit was not exceeded. There was a flaw in one of the molded coupling that housed the wheel. Needless to say I will be returning it soon.

This chair is perfection. I suffer from chronic back pain and this is the only desk chair that I've felt comfortable in. I prefer this to the other model from testing both out in store. Get this chair.... your back will thank you!
