Easy to assemble like really easy I did it with a pretty bad hangover so I'm sure anyone can do it. I took a star off only because I wish it came with a lumbar and head pillow other than that it's a sturdy chair quite comfortable and heck of alot better than my old office chair. It does tilt back and the height can be adjusted. The arm rest can be lifted up as well. For the price I got it it's worth it. But I would not pay full price of 200 for it.

The chair is what it seems comfortable and relaxing. The one problem though is the arms are not strong enough to help you rise out of your chair. The arms are the weak spot. They will break if you use them to help you up!
