I've had this chair for about 4 months. The back rest has started bending out of shape. I only sit in this chair a couple hours through out the day. The chairs tilts to one side. It rattles as if it was 20 years old. I think the in store display model is made for Conning purposes only. The floor model was perfect. However at home - this chair sucks! For the price this chair should have been solid!

Everything went well until last screw

Everything was going well until the very last screw which would not stay. I realized the entire back support on the side was not aligned with the insert to the locking device for the screw - creating an uneven pull. Finally after 3 hours - something which should've taken 10 minutes i was able to make the attachment however i'm not convinced it will hold up and there's now considerable wear on the back support and hardware. If i had not been on the very last screw of assembly i would've taken it back. Now I'm sitting in it and it feels unbalanced. Make sure you check the product in its box BEFORE leaving the store.

Bought 2 of these for my teenage sons. They put them together and have been using them for a few days. So far so good. They are comfortable for gaming and the colors are cool.
