As said above. Comfortable looks great BUT. Instructions ok screw holes and material holes do not necessarily line up. This makes it really frustrating to build by yourself. A third arm on your body would really help.

Easy to assemble VERY comfortable good features. Like the height it is adjustable to - rolls nicely - very good price for what you get. Love it! I would recommend this chair - any color - to anyone!

We previously purchased one of these in black/grey and it's fantastic - I can sit for a whole day without getting sore. However once we set up this one we noticed the seat was off balance making chair crooked. Clearly a manufacturing defect. Staples was good in allowing us to return and get a new one. However with an item this big that we had already spent time assembling it was a pain to return.
