I went in store to look for a gaming chair to use at my desk in my home office. I am on the shorter side (5'2") so I wanted to look for a chair that was comfortable for my height. After trying out a bunch of chairs in store this was the best option. The lumbar support hits the right spot in my back and is not too high or low. Highly recommend for someone who is shorter or for kids. Only downside is that it doesn't recline back but that's not too important to me.

They make good on the warranty!

The faux leather on this chair started to look really bad around the 3 year mark for my teen/young adult son. I wanted to throw it away so I didn't have to have it in my house when I noticed it had a 7 year warranty. I called not expecting much and Staples is honoring their warranty and sending a new seat and new arms since this is where the leather wore out. It's been a great chair too.
