I really like my new Emerge office chair. I appreciate the fact that it has a lever that can make the chair go up or down for seat position. It has wheels which make it handy to roll in my apartment. It’s comfortable to sit in. I’m so glad I got it!

First off stupid easy to assemble. The bolts are actually separated by step instead of all just being in a bag. Chair is very comfortable and feels solid and has several adjustments so it suits how you want to sit. Would definitely recommend

When I sat in it it felt great in the store. When I got home and put mine together it also felt great but after ten minutes or so the right arm broke off while getting up on the left side. The left arm had any weight on it the right just my hand. If I had been getting up on the right side I most likely would have been injured. I took it back and got a "better" quality chair which doesn't fit my back as well but has a 500 lb load rating since I am 200 lbs it should last longer even if not as comfortable. So the rating is a very disappointing low rating.
