My husband loves the chair. Although he is not a gamer I chose the chair for its features when he works from home. His back is bad and this is a much better option when he has to sit longer than normal.

This arrived immediately and only took about 15 minutes to assemble. I cannot get the tilt feature to work but I'm using this for an office chair not gaming. I love that the arms flip up so that I can fully push the chair under my desk when not in use it really frees up the room.

Right Armrest Higher than Left

The chair was easy to assemble looks great and very comfortable. The only issue I have is that the right armrest is higher than the left. Our local Staples had the same chair on the floor so we went to look at it and and theirs too had the same problem (right armrest higher than left). Perhaps it was designed this way but unsure as to why. Employee at the store didn't know why the armrests would be different heights.
