The Pre Drilled holes on the chair back are crooked resulting in the chair back not aligning properly with the arms of the chair. There are a few spots on the chair that the stitching is pulling away from the Bonded Leather material. The chair itself is nice but for the price you would figure it would be crafted better!

One of the easiest things I have ever assembled. Packaging made it so easy. Only hope is that it lasts because the former chair was from Staples and made of faux leather (pleather as in plastic leather) and disintegrated after two years of gentle me-only use.

I am 80 years old very mechanical but could not put the chair together. I needed to bring over my friend to do it for me. The bolts were very difficult to get in the hall. The Allen branch was significant to the project. You should have given me a longer Allen wrench And not put brown stuff on the thread of the bolts
