Very comfortable I like the height of this chair and the height of the armrests. I weigh about 170 and I think the padding is just fine. I've only had it a few weeks but so far it's been worth the purchase. If you think the tilt is too stiff there's a knob under the seat to adjust the tightness of the tilt all you had to do was read the guide.

Solid chair assembled rather nicely. However it is rather stiff back and very little lumbar support or adjustment. Rolls easily almost too easily actually the chair can slip out from under you until you get use to the movement. All in all a nice chair but not great.
