I was looking at other chairs to buy for my office as working from home and needed a new one. When the employee helping me suggested this chair I thought gaming chair? But then I sat on it and it's the best choice ever made. I'm so glad the employee suggested it and I call that great customer service. Very comfortable for sitting 8 hours a day on a computer.

I use this chair for computer work at my desk sitting for 6-8 hours at a time. I have found the chair to be very comfortable for my stature (5"2' 150 lbs.). Assembly was relatively easy but I recommend putting the wheels on last instead of first as the instructions suggest. It made it difficult to attach the back of the chair with it rolling around and laying it down didn't make it any easier. It would be easier to put together with 2 people - one to hold the chair/parts the other to attach the screws. All parts and tools are included so no need to worry about have a screwdriver handy. Some people have mentioned that the padding collapses and the leather material becomes dented. I had this in one of the armrests. It was resting against another piece in the box and the padding was indeed "dented". After massaging the padding and working it back into place I was able to get the dent out of the leather but the padding is significantly softer in that spot. Generally great chair!

I needed a formal executive chair for my home office. I'm not much of a computer gamer at home. However this chair proved perfect for my needs. It's nice looking comfortable and adjusts well. I got the all black version which looks professional and could probably be used in an office setting. The chair was fairly easy to put together and the components were solid. My only complaint which is minor is that the chair could feel a bit more solid when set at the maximum seat height. Even so I feel this isn't a serious issue but just an observation. I considered some other gaming chairs but there were a bit small in the seat area. This chair is bigger and flatter in the seat area which worked out better for me.
