I bought this chair because I got a WFH job and the one I had was so uncomfortable. I'm a person who has bad back problems - Degenerative discs herniated and bulging discs. I can't say I have no back pain but it is significantly better. If you're someone with back problems or if you are someone who likes to sit criss cross apple sauce in your chair I highly recommend.
