One of the plastic pieces that holds the wheels in broke within 4 months. Chair does not hold the 275 lbs it claims. Granted chair was on carpet so may have had harder time rolling. Replaced with a chair that had all metal wheels and wheel holders.

This chair is very beautiful and comfortable for the price I was hesitant to get the most expensive one with the attached pillows on neck and lower back but decided to go without the pillows and I don’t regre it for the price. My son loves it!!! I recommend!!!
