The chair is very comfortable and built well. I highly recommend. When my wife saw the chair I had to buy her one. The price was outstanding for the value. If you put this together what I do is not tighten the arms in the seat all the way. By doing that you will have the necessary play in the arms when you attach the back.

I love this chair so much it’s extremely comfortable I got it for working on my computer and it’s a lot better than my old chair I was using. It was relatively easy to put together I struggled with putting on the back you kinda need 3 hands to align it with the bolts I suggest having extra hands but once it’s put together it’s perfect I highly recommend it if you’re in the market.

The chair was packaged properly and was well protected. The parts for the assembly were packaged and labeled for each individual step. The directions were clear and had diagrams for each step. Assembly took about 30 min. The hardest part was getting the back seat aligned. I did the assembly with out help but it would have been nice to have some on the back seat. All the tools needed were included. I you do have trouble with the assembly they give you an 800 number to call for support. Over all it feels like the one I tried in the store and seems to be a good chair.
