I purchased two chairs. One for me and everything is great. A second chair as a Christmas present had both of them assembled at the store. The second one I have to return to get the "arm rests" adjusted as they are at different heights.

Bought this as a gift for my young-adult son after going through two task chairs (from another vendor/manufacturer) in two years. Husband put it together alone and said it was fast and easy to do. Son (who is not a small person) reports it is very comfortable even after sitting for extended periods. He finds it easy to get in and out of swivel arms work well and it's "not obnoxiously squeaky." lol. On my end the sale price was a great deal. Very happy with the purchase!
