First you start with the look of the chair when you walk into the office . . . AMAZING. And it just gets better once you sit in it. Well packaged and pretty easy to put together. Just don't tighten all the screws tight when putting the back onto the seat. Loosely tighten enough for a grip and then go back and tighten all up after ALL the screws are in place.

There was a tear in the side of the back were it contacts the wood on the inside. Otherwise it's a great chair.

Like the look and feel of the chair but there are a couple things I think need to be improved: - Need to be able to lock chair in an inclined position. - Arm rests need more padding and need to be able to be raised and lowered to the height you need. Obtained a good sale price so was worth the issues above.
