For the price it's quite good. Not amazing but still good. The arm rests are higher up than I would like but then my arms are just a bit longer than average. It's not a major gripe. However what really keeps it from a 5 star is how much trouble I had putting it together. The directions need some work... DON'T try to put the back on after attaching both arms like the directions tell you to. It won't work especially if you already put the seat onto the base as instructed. Instead ignore the base attach one arm to the seat attach all screws to the back then lay all this (seat back and one arm) on it's side so you can attach the other arm while being able to see what you're doing. Only Then should you put the seat on the base.
