Poor quality construction and material. Upper leather cracked in just 3 months of 4 hr daily use. Can't believe this nice looking chair is so poor in quality and material.

I purchased the "SBG Gaming Chair" on 9/28/20. in June of 2021 two of the wheels had broken off the base. I had purchased insurance for this chair for a whopping $20. When i called insurance people they instructed me to contact the manufacturer as this falls under their warranty not my insurance. Upon calling the manufacturer i was advised that since the manufacturer didn't build my chair its not covered by them. I called back the insurance company who then told me i had to provide them A DOCUMENT FROM THE MANUFACTURER CLAIMING THEY DON'T COVER THIS UNDER WARRANTY. At this point i was beyond frustrated and the rep from the insurance line reached out to the manufacturer then proceeded to process my claim. I received the new wheelbase and backrest about a week later. However it did not occur to me (or the insurance rep) that in order to replace the wheel base i have to remove the broken base from the neck of the chair which i still cannot remove. I've owned a number of chairs and never have i been able to remove the wheelbase once. 0/10 very disappointed.
