I purchased this chair for my teenage son to use while gaming and he loves it! This was the easiest chair I’ve ever assembled. The instructions are so easy and the parts are labeled perfectly. We paid extra for the additional warranty. Hoping never to use it but always good to have it just in case. 3 years for $20 can’t beat it.

The arm just fell off because the nut in the seat base came detached from the frame so there’s nothing to attach it to now. Less than 30 days old and I can’t return it.

comfortable but piston sucks

I put the chair together as I have in the past at OD but the chair height piston doesn't stay up it just falls to the base. Definitely not worth the energy of putting together another one. Its a sturdy and comfortable chair besides that so there is that.
